Hi All!
Hi all! I meant to comment on the Journey On exercise. I found it very relaxing. I do my best to meditate at least twice a day. Sometimes, though, (usually when I need to the MOST) I don't have time to do that. I had not meditated in a few days when I listened to this and I loved it. Honestly, I would rather have a normal (un-guided) meditation rather than a guided one (where someone speaks throughout the meditation). I feel that I can focus more if I just hear the music and not someone talking. Anyway, I look forward to sharing more in the future with you guys. I hope you have all had a good weekend. :)

Hi Amanda. Have you been meditating for a while? I need to get better at doing it on a regular basis. I dabble and have taken classes, but I need to get better at it. Right now at work it is our busiest time of the year and it has me really stressed. I am trying to be good and show up for my yoga classes through the week to keep myself aligned. I know if I would slow down and meditate regularly as well that would really help as well.
ReplyDeleteHi Tonyah. Actually, I have kinda fallen off with my meditation. lol It is hard to keep up with that when you keep piling stuff on your plate, so to speak. It was very difficult for me to meditate at first because my mind runs 90 miles a second! lol I have gotten better at it, although I would probably be better still if I did it as often as I want or need to. I don't go outside my home and take classes anywhere. I find meditation videos on Youtube and watch them. It is really helpful with stress. There are some meditation videos that go for HOURS. However, I like to do the 10-30 minute ones most of the time. :)
